I've never been one for kitschy figurines, but iconic Spanish porcelain brand Lladró has gone refreshingly modern with its new Mademoiselle lighting collection, and I kind of love it. Transforming its figurines of ladies into functional objects, the new collection includes four individual hanging lamps and three chandeliers with 9, 18 and 25 lights combining the four models.
Each lamp pairs saturated hues with translucent porcelain skirts, allowing light to filter through and project the skirts' decorative patterns.
The Mademoiselle collection premiered in the U.S. last month at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair after being made by hand at Lladró's atelier in Valencia, Spain.
Not really my style but definitely really pretty! My favorite is the last one.
