Why these photos? Well, here it is: I'm moving to Tel Aviv! My husband managed to get transferred with Google, and this will be his new workplace. Not bad, huh?

It all happened very quickly, and we're leaving for Israel right around Christmas. I couldn't be more excited, despite the fact that I'll be leaving my beloved hometown of Boston behind. I know we'll be back eventually to settle down near our immediate families, but in the meantime, it will be one hell of an adventure!

Nothing much will change on The Well-Appointed Catwalk, of course, except that I may be getting a bit more personal as I keep you updated on my new home and the search for the perfect apartment. Who knows? Maybe I'll even be inspired to finally get the hang of this whole Instagram thing. As I've mentioned before, Tel Aviv is a fantastic city for design, so I'll have plenty of blogging fodder. Stay tuned!
