Designer Discovery: Ana Ljubinković

It's Belgrade Fashion Week. What, you didn't know? Okay, I admit the news would have passed me by if not for a Serbian friend who traveled to the city recently and introduced me to the work of mega-creative designer Ana Ljubinković.

While little known stateside, Ljubinković has made quite a name for herself in her native Serbia and opened Belgrade Fashion Week last night in celebration of a decade in the business. Inspired by antique pilasters, Gothic towers, and Romanesque windows, the Spring/Summer 2015 collection that she presented was full of delicious pastels and three-dimensional elements.

Juding by photo shoots of Ljubinković past collections, I can't wait to see what some creative team dreams up for these dramatic looks!
