Hybrid Chairs by Merve Kahraman

Merve Kahraman's Hybrid chairs make me smile, plan and simple. This London-based industrial designer seeks to create a bond between object and user, and she translates that idea quite literally with Hybrid No1 and No2. Inspired by mythologies of "parahumans" (think satyrs and mermaids), these chairs merge furniture with user when whoever sits down is playfully transformed by deer antlers or rabbit ears. Pretty darn cute, if you ask me.
